Hank Jones, Christian McBride & Jimmy Cobb - West of 5th

This is a limited, hand-numbered, first-time LP release on 180g One-Step Pressing half-white/half-grey vinyl LP by a true jazz supergroup. Arriving just in time for its 20th anniversary in 2026, the recording features the rare chemistry of three jazz titans: the legendary Hank Jones on piano, Christian McBride on bass, and Jimmy Cobb – famed as the drummer on Miles Davis's Kind of Blue. The album is a definitive display of jazz mastery across generations, capturing Cobb and Jones’s historic swing alongside McBride’s modern virtuosity.

Despite the critical acclaim for this powerhouse trio, the album has never been released on LP before, and the original CD has been out of print for years, making this an essential acquisition for jazz fans.
