Luiz Bonfá - Non-Stop To Brazil

This is a limited hand-numbered, first-time LP release by the legendary Luiz Bonfá, one of the primary architects of the bossa nova sound. This special edition is presented on a 180g One-Step Pressing yellow/green pinwheel vinyl LP that complements the album's floral-themed cover art.

Best known as the composer of ‘Manhã de Carnaval’ from the film Black Orpheus, Bonfá is a global icon of Brazilian music. ‘Non-Stop to Brazil’ captures his virtuoso acoustic guitar work in an intimate, high-fidelity setting, showcasing the rhythmic sophistication and melodic grace that influenced generations of guitarists.

This release marks a significant archival event: the album has been completely out of print on physical media since its original CD release in 1989. For bossa nova enthusiasts and audiophile collectors, this first-ever vinyl pressing finally brings a long-unavailable masterpiece to the turntable after a 35+ year hiatus.

This is a Record Store Day Black Friday product and will be available instore from 8am on November 27th. Anything left over will be online from 8am on November 28th.
